Rates for Brightwood Cabin.

We charge $1,400/week plus 7% GST. (Canadian Funds)

Weeks go from Saturday to Saturday, Arrive 4:00 pm, Check-out 10:00 am.

We have always rented it by the week, but would consider 5 days if it starts or ends on Saturday.
US and other foreign visitors can get the 7% GST back from the Canadian Government.

Brightwood Cabin Policy.

100% deposit returned if cancellation notice received 30 days (one month) in advance of rental date.

75% deposit returned if cancellation notice received 14 days (2 weeks) in advance of rental date.

Sorry but for insurance reasons the Cabin is Non-Smoking. Smoking outside the cabin permitted.
